Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon ET the same working day. We will do our best to dispatch any orders received after noon the same day whenever possible, but if you need your order urgently, please call us on +1 833 699 2845.  We will always do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

 All delivery charges are calculated based on package size and weight, and we offer the following options:

-USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) for packages weighing 700g-3999g 22.99USD

-USPS Priority Mail Express (2 business days) for packages weighing up to 249g $79.99USD

-USPS Priority Mail Express (2 business days) for packages weighing 250g-450g $94.99

-USPS Economy (4-6 Business Days) – for packages weighing up to1000g

-USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 Business Days) – for packages weighting up to 9050g

-Fed Ex Ground (3-5 Business Days) – for packages weighing 8001-11999g

-Fed Ex Custom (3-5 Business Days) – for packages weighing 12000-15000g 

CANADA:

Un-tracked services:

-Canada Post (3-5 Business Days) (Not guaranteed, this can sometimes take a few extra days)

Tracked services: 

-Canada Post Expedited (2-4 Business Days) on-time guarantee.

Please note that we don't receive any collections on Saturday or Sunday so if you order after mid-day on Friday we will ship your order on the Monday.
