Refund policy

We hope you are happy with everything you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not, or there is an issue with your order, please call us in the first instance on +1 833 699 2845 or email us at contact@retailgurus.com and quote your original order number.

If you have ordered through our Amazon or eBay shops, the quickest way for us to help is for you to send us a message via your Amazon or eBay online account. 

Returns

If you change your mind or have ordered by mistake, non-faulty items may be returned in a new, unused condition in the original packaging within fourteen days of receipt, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please note that returns by post are at your own cost and risk.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will process a refund with 5 days.

When returning items to us, please include a note indicating your original order number as well as your full name, shipping address, email address and phone number.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Faulty Items/ Received in Error

In the event of an error on our part, or faulty goods, we will bear the full cost of returns. Please contact us first and we can advise best on how to return the item to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
